A lower deductible (10%) than most earthquake policies, along with building code upgrade coverage, makes the Premier EQ Protector^SM an excellent choice for homeowners interested in broad coverage, and higher limits.

Condo
EQ Protector^SM
This is our policy for condominium unit owners who are interested in choosing their contents coverage limit based on their needs. The policy has a low 10% deductible and includes coverage for property damage and loss assessment by the condo association after an earthquake.

Security
EQ Protector^SM
Our basic policy is for customers whose primary concern is protecting their dwelling. Limited coverage for personal property, loss of use, and building code upgrade along with a 15% deductible is included.
